No, in accordance with our alcohol management plan ice is not available, nor are patrons allowed to bring it with them as it provides the opportunity for stockpiling of drinks. This is the reason why eskies and cooler bags are not allowed in the venue.

Yes, but they will need to comply. No more than 15cm off the ground are allowed at the event. Preferably chairs with no legs or very short (5cm) legs. No full-height folding chairs are allowed in. The restriction on chair size is to ensure all patrons can see the act and no safety hazards arise from oversized chairs.

Yes, we have 2 different areas to park. 1 area for the VIP and the other area for the GA’s. When you get to site show the traffic controllers your ticket and they will direct you.

No, it is an opened air event.

The concert will proceed rain or shine. Only exceptionally severe weather conditions will affect the performance, so come prepared for the conditions on the day. Remember umbrellas are not allowed inside the event.?

The location is grass underfoot so it is advisable to wear comfortable flat shoes. Because we are at the mercy of Mother Nature it is important to dress for the weather conditions on the day. This may include a sun hat and sunscreen, warm coat, waterproof jacket or poncho for inclement weather. (Umbrellas will not be allowed).

Security guards at the gates and in the venue are appointed by the event promoter.

Dinner By The River takes the Responsible Service of Alcohol very seriously. At every event, we have Security Guards and RSA Marshalls at every bar as well as Security Guards and RSA Marshalls roaming the venue.

There is no glass on-site, which includes bottles of wines. Patrons are assessed upon entry to the venue and if deemed to be intoxicated will be refused entry. Police and security guards also patrol the car park to ensure patrons are not “pre-loading” before entering the concert arena.

No, there are NO PASS OUTS. Once you're in, you're in.

• Any other object which may be used as a missile or weapon
• Any other object that the promoter considers inappropriate or dangerous.

Any lost property that is found by or handed to a Dinner By The River staff member and is kept in the information tent. You can contact security if you have lost anything.
